Linda Hardenstein is a Career Reinventionist. Her passion is leading people to discover where they want to go and building a bridge to that new vision. She helps her clients take calculated risks by walking the path with them, providing the tools they need to deliver the results they want.
Linda has reinvented her career and her life more than once. After 25+ years in the legal profession she stepped away from what she was most proud of – building an award-winning university for attorneys and a state-of-the-art career coaching program in Washington, DC. Leaving the rat race behind to return to her roots and start her own business in a sleepy coastal town in California was quite an adjustment.
Now she helps hundreds of professionals – from attorneys to architects, IT people, corporate and government managers and retirees — thrive. She’s attained a 94% success rate assisting a global clientele to successfully reinvent their lives.
A Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program graduate, she is a Professional Certified Coach and Retirement Options Coach. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco. She is also certified in the Leadership Circle 360, Relationship Awareness Theory and in Mediation and Facilitation. She was President of her local Human Resources Association and teaches and publishes articles on career development, management, leadership and communication.
In her spare time you can find her joyfully walking the beach or searching out the perfect stone to fit a new necklace she’s designed. She also loves bringing harmony and balance to physical spaces using the universally accepted principles of the ancient Chinese art of Feng Shui.
