When does the program begin?
Friday, January 21st, 2022 at 3:00 pm Eastern time. The group sessions continue on the following two Fridays (January 28th and February 4th)also at 3:00 pm Eastern.
When are the two individual sessions?
They are scheduled at your convenience. The purpose is to give you one-on-one coaching on your goals, your new habits, and refining the design of the new habits.
How many new habits will I work on?
It’s recommended to work on three new habits.
What habits do people typically create?
There’s a wide range. It’s up to you and what you think would have the most positive impact on your life in the new year.
The Tiny Habit® method is versatile – over the last 7 years, I’ve created and sustained 9 habits I now do – automatically. At this time of year, people build new habits in eating better, exercising, reading more, starting or resuming meditation and/or yoga, beginning a walking program, or even writing.
You’ll start small (tiny) – but some habits grow naturally over time.
