Ed Eisenberg

Ed Eisenberg is a Mindset and Transition Coach who uses his personal and professional experience to help clients who are planning to retire (pre-retirement) or have already retired (planned or otherwise), to discover their direction, next passion(s), and purpose—their “new true north”—in this exciting but often perplexing new phase of their lives.

The conventional wisdom of “save enough money you’ll be all set” leaves a huge gap in  understanding the non-financial realities of retirement. Ed’s focus is to close this gap and help people make the transition into retirement as smooth, seamless, and stress-free as possible.

After accepting an early retirement offer from his last multinational, corporate position, Ed was reminded that the most personally rewarding aspect of his 35-year career, which culminated as a Director of Project Management and Lead Trainer, was the ongoing opportunity to coach and develop people: helping them to identify their strengths, assess risks and challenges, break down barriers to success, create plans, set goals, and advance in their own careers. Upon receiving his coaching certification from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as well as certification as a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment, he has parlayed this passion and corporate experience into a 1:1 coaching practice that empowers clients to develop healthy mindsets and a solid “personal fulfillment plan” for their hard-earned retirement years.

Ed lives with his wife of 34 years on a hobby farm in New Jerseys beautiful horse country. When he’s not working with clients or tending the farm, he enjoys anything that puts him on or near the water, especially boating, fishing, and kayaking.
